"At this point, I want to see him enforce the law. You said you're going to hear from the law, let's see you enforce it," Finkelstein said when asked about Miliband's speech."
"Finkelstein added that he believed that, in his ‘heart of hearts’, Miliband was ashamed of the UK’s complicity in Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza.
He made the remarks during an event in London to promote his new book ‘Gaza's Gravediggers’, where he responded to Miliband’s recent announcement of a UK trade ban on Israeli settlements.
Finkelstein also acknowledged Miliband’s response to questioning over the killing of three British World Central Kitchen aid workers in Gaza in 2024, and believed Miliband went ‘off-script’ when he suggested that Israel had deliberately killed the aid workers."
