about the bookabout

Inspired by the filmmaker Frederick Wiseman’s documentation of historic institutions, Post Post offers a portrait of one the most cherished fixtures of American life: the United States Postal Service. Written at a time when the future of USPS is in jeopardy, Post Post combines oral history and reportage to document the inner workings of this system and the people who keep it running.
